Lin struggles today, going 1 for 13 but his FT shot gives the Knicks the win vs the Twolves.
What an incredible week for him. The 89 points he has scored in his 1st 3 starts as a Knick are the most by ANY player since the ABA and NBA merger in the 1970s. Yup, not even Magic, Bird, Jordan, Shaq, Hakeem, Kobe nor Lebron accomplished that feat.

Lin is an underrated NBA player whose a lot better than other popular players.. Actually, there are also other players who are the same as Lin.. It's sad that nowadays, we normally recognize those who were in the Top Picks of the NBA Draft, overlooking other talents such as Lin.
I remember a player like Lin before, Gilbert "Agent Zero" Arenas, he proved himself once given the chance, but ended up on the wrong path - because of the gun incident. I hope Lin won't share the same faith as Agent Zero, well I guess so since he's from Harvard.. heheh

regarding Lin's emergence, Do you think Knicks still need Melo? Heck he was having a hard time developing chemistry with Amare. The thing about Lin is that he's a point guard. Whose job is to see an envision everything in the court. Lucky for the Knicks... Too bad for the Warriors....... Again!
Actually, we gotta thank Warriors for sending out Lin from the team like what Spike Lee is sarcastically thanking Warriors coach Mark Jackson thru SMS. Why?
Jeremy Lin: Knicks’ star is Warriors’ loss http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=Ar....cks_nba_021 312
List of Former Warriors players that shine after being traded/waived: - Wilt Chamberlain to 76ers = 2 titles & 3 MVP trophies - Robert Parish & a draft pick (Kevin McHale) to Boston Celtics = then joined by Bird for the Big 3 to won titles - Chris Webber to Washington Bullets for Tom Gugliotta = Became a better star in Sacramento Kings after - Tim Hardaway to Miami= leads Riley coached Heat to multiple Playoffs appearances, candidate for MVP honors - Mitch Richmond to Sacramento = became a 6-time All-Star - Jeremy Lin to Rockets and now to Knicks = 6 games and counting doing great performances each night.
Talking about a Gateway Passes to stardom, Golden State is not a bad choice to start a career hehehe
Anyone loves Lin.. But here's the one who take shot on the Lin... http://teampilipinas.info/2012/02/floyd-mayweather-takes-shot-at-jeremy.html
Mr Racist is at it again... We Hope you'll be beaten by Cotto come May 5th

Linsanity looks pretty good in their recent winning streak, i wonder though how he will fare against an elite point guard like CP3 and D.Will. That'll prove his mettle once and for all.

I guess it's yet too early to tell if he's on the same ground as D.Rose, CP3 and D.Will, but he's a real deal!
IMO, give him a little more time to prove his worth (actually he's almost there), cut his turnovers, he may even surpass the elites (PGs).. I'm just basing on his recent games.. heheh
6 Winning Streaks (do they still need Melo??? or can Amare, Melo & Lin be NY's Big 3??) Stats Machine - PTS & AST (has contribution in almost every category) 40+ mins per game (Ironman???) Good shot percentage - most of the time (FG, FT) Basketball IQ, Court Vision, Awareness - his greatest assets (harvard???? heheh)
Best of all, the guy is humble, I hope he won't change when he's an All-Star..

^^yeah bro, i do like Lin and after all he's Asian as well, and IIRC he listed down our very own Pacman as one of his idols/inspiration.
i'm nervous about Melo's return since he's such a ballhog.
