Just saw Landing at Point Rain. Episode 6 from The Clone Wars season 2. It's the best episode i've seen in season 2. All out war!!! Planetary wide invasion of Geonosis.

I agree, it is one of the best episodes in the series! So many clone trooper updates like the desert camo clone troopers, desert camo ARF troopers, flamethrower troopers, so many possibilities! :D

I read a few reviews of that episode and it's suppose to be the AWESOME and totally not for kids. I can't wait to watch it but, ARGH, net problems! I'm still just at...

Saw 2x4 Senate Spy. Amidala spies on an 'old friend' in the Senate. Anakin jealous as hell. LOL!

-The 'romantic' part in the beginning made me wince cuz, y'know, Anakin was gone for a long time and I'm sure he wanted to get uh, busy with Amidala (Ben Kenobi was saying 'I've been trying to contact him for hours'). I'm wincing cuz I still remember the very young kid Anakin from Phantom Menace. He's, what, 7 years younger than Amidala, right? Nothing wrong with that but, uh, I guess I'm old fashioned sometimes, LOL!
-The scene where Anakin tries to convince Amidala NOT to be the spy but sorta made up her mind to do it anyway was LOL!
-I'm kinda sad for Clovis cuz he really probably did love Amidala but he'll get killed for it. Anakin was perfectly happy to leave him to the firing squad but if Amidala was awake, she would have asked him to come with them and defend him in whatever trial comes. Anakin = jerk.

Finally saw 2x5 Landing at Point Rain. Yup, war violence, casualties, destruction, hehehehe :)

-I understand that the series IS a (clone) WAR so all the violence is justified to show the unglamorous side of warfare. The only slight human element would be Anakin and Asohka's game. Two sides to it. One - it gives it a pinch of humor and does deepen their Master / Padawan relationship. Two - they came to a point that they have to treat it in a trivial way, making it a little horrifying that Asohka revels in it and Anakin encourages it. Imagine them counting how many of the Genosians they cut to pieces. Scary!
-The 'bug' Genosians reminded me of Starship Troopers, hehehe
-Wow, ALL three Jedi Generals were shot down and got into trouble. The campaign was THAT difficult. With so many clone troopers dead, how was it that they had enough soldiers when they reached the meeting point?
-Part 1 of 4? Nice :)
-Oh the other ep that reminded me of this kind of violence would be the beginning of the season 1 ep with Ayla Secura, Anakin and Asohka on a ship, fending off a heavy aerial assault. The level of firepower used in that ep was like this one, except only in the skies. (rest of the ep was crashing to peaceful planet, Anakin injured, two parter with Asohka and Secura convincing the inhabitants to fight against the Separatists and their new weapon cuz the people were almost accepting of DYING as long as they don't do any sort of violence.)

Saw 2x6 Weapons Factory.

-That was a simple ep.
-Nice to see Barriss cgi animated.
-the catacombs weren't shown to be much of a problem really.
-Uh, can't Jedi sense their Padawans? They could sense kids lightyears away. And do sabers burn oxygen?
-Anakin jerk in the beginning.

Saw 2x7 Legacy of Terror. Luminara vs Zombies Genoshisians! (how do you spell that? I have the urge to call them Genoshans ala X-Men).

SPOILERS!

-yeah, Zombies again. It's like zombie thing (and I got this pun from Rocko's Modern Life) has been done... to death. ( LOL! )
-what happened to Poggle's droids underground?
-It was pretty easy for Anakin and Ben to enter the Queen's chamber.
-LOL at Ben wanting to see where the mind worm would enter Luminara. Then even Anakin says 'the nose'. LOL!
-I wonder if the 'I wanted to study it' will have some bearing in the future? Is Ben a biogeneticist or something? I like the way he thinks.

-I guess the Genosis (spelling) conflict is over.

But isn't the order 66 thing (right?) already ingrained within the clones when they were made?

Saw 2x8 Brain Invaders. The worms are back and it's Asohka and Bariss vs a ship full of mind controlled people.

SPOILERS!!!

-Well, I guess the worms were used again.
-more than one worm per egg?
-I was afraid later that being infected meant you'd be dead. Thank goodness not.
-Kinda sad that one clone died.
-Bariss is pretty straight laced but its cool that she's friends with Asohka.
-I like how Anakin is shown to be EVIL EVIL EVIL already. When torturing the prisoner.
-Weird but how can the worms have thoughts immediately after birth? They can't act on their own that fast. The Queen must still be alive and controlling them. But how far can the power of thought extend?
-I guess that's the end of the 4 part Genonosis (spelling) arc.
